Refund Policy
Last updated October 4, 2026
All purchases are final, except for refunds required by law or expressly approved by Artora's CEO.
1. All purchases are final
Subject to applicable law, all purchases from Artora are final. Refunds are usually not accepted for credit packages, subscriptions, or other paid services, including unused credits, dissatisfaction with generated results, or a change of mind. Review the product, price and billing details before purchasing.
Artora currently has no connected paid checkout. This policy describes the conditions for purchases when paid services become available; it does not imply that payments are currently being collected.
2. Refunds approved by the CEO
Artora's CEO may approve a discretionary refund on a case-by-case basis. A refund is not guaranteed by contacting support or requesting an exception. Except where a refund is required by law, only a refund expressly approved by the CEO will be issued.
An approval may cover all or part of a purchase. Any conditions, including removal of refunded credits or cancellation of related access, will be communicated before the discretionary refund is processed.
3. Requesting a review
Contact artorathumbs@gmail.com from your account email with your receipt or order reference, purchase date, and reason for requesting a review. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. We will tell you whether the CEO has approved an exception and what happens next.
4. Subscription cancellation
Where subscriptions are offered, cancellation stops future renewals under the billing terms shown at purchase. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. Any continued access, end date and renewal terms will be disclosed in the checkout and account billing information.
5. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or remedy required by applicable law. A refund required by law does not depend on CEO approval. Agreeing to our policies does not waive those rights.
