Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

The terms for using Artora and exploring the worlds you create.

1. Using Artora

These terms govern your use of Artora, operated under the name Artora. By creating an account or using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the workspace. Contact artorathumbs@gmail.com with questions.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher local requirement. If you cannot enter into these terms on your own, use Artora only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to them.

2. Current demo service

Artora currently provides a demo interface for creating Roblox thumbnails and icons. The generator returns pre-made sample artwork; it does not run AI or transform reference images. A result is not an original image created from your prompt.

Credits and pricing are preview/demo values. Paid checkout and subscriptions are not active, and demo credits have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money. Any future paid service will disclose its price, billing, cancellation, and applicable refund terms before purchase.

3. Your account

Provide accurate account information, use an email you control, and keep your login credentials secure. Do not share credentials, impersonate others, or access someone else’s account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Google sign-in is optional. Google and other providers may apply their own terms to their services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information and local workspace data.

4. Prompts, reference images, and artwork

You retain any rights you already hold in your prompts and reference images. Submit only material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for respecting copyright, trademarks, privacy, and other rights when selecting references or using artwork.

Selecting a reference in the current demo previews it locally; it does not upload the image or transfer ownership to Artora. Sample downloads are provided to demonstrate the interface. They do not carry a promise of exclusivity, ownership, commercial licensing, or clearance of third-party rights.

Artora’s branding and website design remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to Google, Roblox, or other third-party names, logos, characters, or materials.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Artora to violate laws or others’ rights, distribute malware, deceive or harass people, exploit minors, or promote violence against people. Do not submit illegal material or content that exposes someone’s private information without permission.

Do not bypass access controls, probe accounts without permission, interfere with the service, or misrepresent sample results as custom work generated by Artora. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service.

6. Availability and changes

The demo may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular creative results, increased game traffic, or approval by Roblox or any other platform.

Workspace history is stored locally and may be lost if browser storage is cleared or unavailable. Keep your own copies of anything you need. Future AI or payment features are not part of the current service and are not promised on any particular date.

7. Ending use and account deletion

You can stop using Artora at any time. Email artorathumbs@gmail.com to request deletion of your account; we may verify ownership before acting. Resetting the demo workspace clears local demo data but does not delete your account.

We may suspend or end access when necessary to address a serious breach of these terms, security concerns, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, contact us to ask about an access restriction.

8. Responsibilities and your legal rights

The demo is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every need or be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing any material before using it in a game, advertisement, or publication.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Artora is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox or Google.

9. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the workspace.
